Chisum Patent Academy seminar attendees include attorneys (partners and associates), patent agents, experienced paralegals, patent analysts, business managers, engineers, scientists, law students, judicial law clerks, and law librarians. Chisum Patent Academy students have wide-ranging backgrounds including engineering, the sciences, business, finance, marketing, communications, and fine arts. A technical background is not required or expected of our seminar participants, but a willingness to engage with basic aspects of inventions from varied fields of technology is an important part of any patent law educational experience.
